Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using palletpros.com (the "Site") operated by Pallet Pros Bargain Store LLC ("Pallet Pros," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make purchases. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Products & Descriptions
All products are liquidation, overstock, or returned merchandise. Product descriptions, conditions, and images are provided in good faith but may not reflect every detail. Items marked "Used," "Open Box," or "Salvage" may show signs of use, missing parts, or cosmetic damage. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. For local pickup orders, cash payment is accepted at our warehouse.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
Order acceptance occurs when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Pallet Pros is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the liquidation nature of our inventory, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be offered at our sole discretion for items significantly not as described. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pallet Pros Bargain Store LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALLET PROS BARGAIN STORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
